From Humble Beginnings
At Potluck Culture Solutions, we deploy state-of-the-art science-based assessments, best practices, processes, and tools to offer compelling evidence-based leadership coaching and consulting with purpose and deliver results.
Dr. Ranjit Nair founded Potluck Culture Solutions in 2010 to do just that – develop leaders to discover their authentic and true selves to make a “ding in the universe.” He has years of relevant experience serving some of the most prestigious global companies during his career and helping to build people-first businesses, teams, and functions while also successfully coaching and developing high-performing individuals and teams. He brings a high level of cultural and intellectual curiosity with respect and grace that will invite you to explore your hopes, strengths and goals. Dr. Nair’s passion, experience and techniques will give you the confidence you need to realize untapped potential, and turn human blind spots into tremendous strengths, while building lasting and meaningful relationships at work.

Dr. Ranjit Nair
Dr. Ranjit Nair is a leadership coach and People & Culture consultant at Potluck Culture Solutions. He is an innovator, people-champion, human resource specialist, leadership guru and trend-setter for emerging leaders to brand themselves and be their best versions to positively influence their worlds. He spent 25 years evangelizing a seismic shift in how organizations prioritize its people to enable supreme leadership in their markets. Dr. Nair is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Potluck Culture Solutions. He grew up in Hong Kong and has lived or worked in every continent in the world. He holds a doctorate in Organization and Management.
